Credit Cards  by 
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks  by 
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Multiple Product Orders  by 
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy  by 
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Native Technology reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Other Conditions  by 
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Native Technology signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products  by 
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 3:00PM Est , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Privacy  by 
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Native Technology site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Native Technology site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Other sites accessible through our site have their own privacy policies and data collection practices. Please consult each site's privacy policy. Our Store is not responsible for the actions of third parties.

Returns  by 

You may return new and unopened items sold by Native Technology within 15 days of delivery for a full refund as long as the product is in new condition with all the original packaging, components, manuals, cds, cables etc.  All items returned between 15-30 days are subject to a restocking fee. All items require prior return merchandise authorization (RMA) from Native Technology and return shipment instructions before they can be returned. Items being returned due to a customer error in ordering or handling will be subject to a restocking fee and freight charge.  All shipping costs including expedited shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE

You should expect to receive your refund upon receipt of the product in new condition with all the original packaging, components, manuals, cds, cables etc. to the designated Native Technology distribution center provided in the RMA instructions. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we've received it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Note: Apple products have a 14 day return policy.  For Apple products please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.

Note: iSkidz iPad stands returned within 15 days will automatically incur a $40 restocking fee.

Items That Are Not Returnable

Native Technology DOES NOT accept returns of the following items:

·       Items returned without RMA and instructions

·       All shipping costs including expedited shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE

·       Items outside of the previously described return period

·       Items without all of the original packaging, package contents, cables, manuals, cds, etc.

·       Items returned 15 days after the RMA issuance.

·       Items from orders older than 30 days.

·       Custom merchandise. 

·       Warranties and Extended Warranties

·       Items that have obvious signs of use.

·       Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

·       Any item not in the original manufacturer's packaging.

Shipping Policy  by 

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM Est will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM Est will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Native Technology or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Native Technology can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, so be sure to check out our Shipping Restrictions section.

Delivery Time

When you place an order, Native Technology will ship your products after full payment for all products, services and shipping expenses.  Average shipping times vary depending on the products selected and the final destination.  Items shipped ground typically can take 3-7 days depending on these factors.  For a more accurate transit times please refer to the carrier’s website or contact a Native Technology associate for an estimate.  Once the item(s) ships, your tracking numbers will be available in your account on the website.  You have the option of having your items shipped faster.  For this option please contact Customer Support at 347-514-6969.

Calculating Cost

Native Technology offers FREE ground shipping on orders shipped ground throughout the contiguous United States.  Excludes Hawaii and Alaska.

All shipping costs including expedited shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE

The number of shipments we make for your order is dependent upon:

Our fulfillment: To serve our customers more efficiently, Native Technology has several different distribution centers located across the United States. These centers often house different types of products and they may ship separately, depending on where they happen to be located and the final destination of the order.

Items requiring special shipping and handling: Items that require special shipping and handling, such as items that are shipped internationally will be subject to an additional fee for delivery.

Your default shipping address: Make sure you provide a street address for us to ship to. We cannot use a P.O. Box for deliveries.

Your payment information: You may want to update your default credit card number and expiration date to make sure they are current.

Shipping Restrictions

You'll be notified after placing your order if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected or by a specific mode of shipment you have chosen.

Alaska and Hawaii Addresses

Most items can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii addresses, except:

·       Hazardous materials

Taxes  by 
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors  by 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
